Dr. Theresa Scott
Licensed Psychologist/Owner
Dr. Scott has worked in the behavioral health field since 1999. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Lemoyne College in Syracuse, New York and continued her graduate education at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where she received her Master of Arts and Doctor of Psychology degrees. Dr. Scott is licensed in the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Dr. Scott has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of treatment settings including inpatient units, partial hospitalization programs, community mental health centers, private practice, and a VA hospital. Additionally, she has worked as a consultant for the Department of Human Services, Children’s Bureau in Pennsylvania.

As a clinical psychologist, Dr. Scott provides individual and group therapy to children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, defiant/disruptive behaviors, grief, loss, separation, parent-child relational problems, and autism spectrum disorders. She has extensive experience in conducting psychological evaluations for children and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral problems, as well as developmental delays.

Dr. Scott utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy, child-centered play therapy, and humanistic approaches in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults. Her approach to working with children and families is collaborative, developmentally sensitive, and relational. Successful treatment requires a collaborative process, so Dr. Scott will often involve pertinent individuals in a child’s life such as parents, relatives, school staff, pediatricians, and other therapists to help children reach and maintain their maximum potential.

Dr. Patricia O'Malley
Evaluator/Educational Consultant
Dr. O’Malley earned her doctorate in Applied Developmental Psychology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). Her previous roles include being a general education teacher in an inclusive classroom, a test administrator for various educational research projects, a lecturer at UMBC, Assessment Coordinator at Kennedy Krieger High School, the Project Director of School-Based Support Services at Kennedy Krieger Institute, and a faculty associate at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Education and at Stevenson University’s Department of Psychology.

Dr. O'Malley has over 25 years experience in the field of general and special education. Her background includes evaluating programs, administering educational assessments, providing professional development, designing instruction and activities for all ability levels, ensuring the provision of services and support to students with disabilities within the general education curriculum, and coordinating and implementing research-based practices to meet the developmental, emotional, behavioral, and learning needs of students.

She specializes in educational consultation and the evaluation of children and adolescents for learning disabilities, including dyslexia and ADHD.

Jennifer Manning
National Certified School Psychologist, Registered Psychology Associate, & LGPC
Jenny Manning is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Services from University of Delaware. She went on to receive her Masters in Psychology and Certificate of Advanced Studies in School Psychology from Towson University. She is a member of the National Association of School Psychologists, Maryland School Psychologists’ Association, and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors of Maryland.
Mrs. Manning conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, and learning problems. Additionally, Mrs. Manning provides individual and group counseling for children and adolescents struggling with social skills, anxiety, depression, anger management, and self-regulation. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behaviorism, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, and humanistic techniques. She uses a strength-based approach to enhance clients’ wellbeing and resilience.
As a Registered Psychology Associate and Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), Mrs. Manning practices under the license and supervision of Dr. Theresa Scott.

Erin kelly
MS, OTR/L
Erin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the State University of New York at Cortland and continued her graduate education at Stony Brook University where she received her Master of Science in Occupational therapy. Erin Kelly is nationally registered and licensed in the states of New York, Washington D.C, Maryland and Virginia. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Erin has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She has practiced within both public and charter schools, outpatient private practice (adults and pediatrics), and home-based services.
